These terms govern your use of cairnhq.app and the waitlist form on it. They do not grant access to the Cairn application, and they are not the agreement that will govern it. Cairn is pre-launch.

This site is operated by the company identified as the data controller in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The waitlist is not a contract

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create an agreement to provide the Cairn service, does not reserve capacity, and does not commit either of us to any price or date.

We will contact you when we can offer an onboarding slot. We may not be able to offer one to every applicant.

No pricing or availability commitment

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Pricing is not published, and any figure, launch date, or feature timeline attributed to Cairn that does not appear on this site did not come from us.

Statements here about planned capabilities describe our current intent, not a guarantee. What ships may differ.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit the waitlist form automatically, in bulk, or with details that are not yours
• Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt this site or the endpoint behind the form
• Use another person's email address without their permission

The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Cairn. You are welcome to quote or link to this site, including in AI-generated answers — see /llms.txt. Please do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information published here.
